Soundtrack of My Life Up to Sixty

I am still very happy and euphoric after my wonderful birthday celebrations and I don't want to come down to earth. I had a very nice little celebration in work today and received a very welcome Amazon Gift Voucher.

I have not got round to getting time for catching up with blogs and I apologise.  I think things may simmer down by Saturday. I have included the first part of a soundtrack list I have made about my life.  My darling is putting it together for me. These are the songs that mean something to me from the first thirty years.

1950 Good Night Irene Frank Sinatra (My dad used to sing this to my mam, though her name was Cissie)

1951 Too Young Nat King Cole         (Loved Nat King Cole even as a child)

1952 Heart in My Heart Al Martino     (Another song my dad sang)

1953 How Much is That Doggy in the Window (Every little kid of the 50's loved this one)

1954 Oh Mein Papa Eddie Calvert    (Made me Cry)

1955 Mambo Italiano Rosemary Clooney  (Memories of family parties)

1956 What Will Be Will Be Doris Day     (Took me a few decades to live by this song)

So what is 7 pound between friends - it was worth it-- you will get back on track darlin. Love the songlist- think I need to start one - has Ralph managed to compile these on a cd? this is something I have always wanted to do. Do you remember doing a tape for me when I first moved here? I still have it xxxxxxx
