It is 5am January 1st 2010.
I am loving my life, my family and my friends.
I have JOY in my life and I am truly blessed.
So many New Year's have been bad times for me, so much so I dreaded them.
Those days are well and truly gone and good riddance to them.
Today I bless the New Year and thank God for giving me the strength and the love to get here.
I have made made such good friends here in Blogland.
I would not have progressed so well with my weight loss if it had not been for you.
I tell people it is the best ever diet class ever.
It is free.
It's fun.
It is non judgemental.
I don't dread turning up.
In fact I love turning up, even when the weight loss isn't there..
There is love and laughter, joy and pain, encouragement and chivvying along.
You really are Very Special People, thank you for being in my life and caring about my life.
We are off up to the land of Hogmany for a flying visit to Ralph's mum.
We will be back Sunday and rearing to go with attitude in 2010.
My buzz word for 2010 is Celebration, more about that next week.

You should have seen the verification word I had to type in following the above comment. Oh my goodness, I wet myself I was laughing so hard!!!!
I have two words for 2010- My Life. I can no longer blame others for my ups and downs as it is my actions and reactions that cause them. I am in control of my life. I only have myself to blame if I am not coping. I am going to concentrate on what (and who) I need to make my life good. Some things will fall by the wayside as non productive but I hope to have the wisdom to recognise them.
Once Phil has the results of his MRI scan then whatever needs to be done will be done together but I will no longer forget about me.
I got a bit lost in 2009 and that was scary. Can't let it happen again.
One of the most positive things in my life is that "She" is my best friend- are you all jealous? She is the best friend anyone could wish for and I love her to bits xx
My words for 2010 are ... putting me first !! It doesn't happen very often, but this year, Ive got to realise that Im just as important as everybody else. It starts NOW !!
