The Wagon Has Crashed.

I haven't just fallen of the wagon, I have crashed out of it and I can't see me getting back on.  I am hungry all the time and I don't know why,  I am wanting bread and butter desperately.

Oh no!!! You too??? I think it's the cooler weather tampering with our metabolisms. I'm craving bread, pasta, risotto, KerryGold butter, anything with an extra carb attached. RESIST!!! We can do this if we really put our minds to it. Let us not waiver now, we've come too far to have it go for naught.

Have a piece of bread and butter... you won't succeed at this if you constantly feel like you are depriving yourself. Then, once you have reasonably quieted the craving, eat the good stuff. Try many smaller helpings throughout the day rather than bigger meals. I find that making sure I never get hungry by eating lots of fruits and veggies, etc. means I have much fewer desires for specifically unhealthy foods. You can do this, Sheilagh! You are a very kind and insightful commenter so I can only assume that you are wise in real life too. You know what you need to do to get the wagon back on track with your behind planted firmly in the driver's seat. I believe in you!!!

Come on Sheilagh... dont give up ! You know you can do this.
If you really feel the need for the bread and butter , then have some, point it and move forward. Dont deprive yourself, or you will want it all the more. Just make sure you include it in your allowance.
I think they have all hit the nail on the head... the weather changing does have an impact...but you have to learn how to deal with it hunnie. We have a long autumn and winter ahead , and if you give in because of the weather, then come spring and your 60th birthday, you will be back where you started and so miserable.... come on...you can do this !!!xxx
