I love the weekend, I love being with my darling so weekends are special.
My weekend started tonight at 6:30 when I finished work and got home and there was a delicious meal waiting.
Today I have had a good day foodwise.
Bran flakes and strawberries for breakfast.
Mackerel Salad for lunch (I am addicted to smoked mackerel)
Quorn in lemon sauce with rice for tea.
Snacks: 1 plum, 1 satsuma.
No bread at all:)
Only negative thing, I have hardly done any exercise the past few day. So I doubt if the healthy eating will give me a great weight loss because of the lack of exercise. Anyone know where Ican get a new back?
