I have been compiling a list of Sixty thing I wish for/want to do/before I am Sixty.
I have divided the list into categories. Health is the first one...
1. Lose 60 pounds.
2. Get BS under 7.
3. Exercise every day.
4. Build up to walking 60 miles a month.
5.Learn Pilate's.
Only Fifty five to go....
