Weigh In Wednesday 30/90Days

Well what can I say....

I can say I enjoyed every morsel that contained the calories that contained the fat, that gave me a FOUR pound Gain!!!

No excuses, no wringing of hands, no fretting.  I thoroughly enjoyed my Christmas, it was better than I thought possible.  So the weight gain gets a line drawn under it and it will be gone by this time next week.

I am a third of the way through my Ninety Days and have to be honest and say I lost my way a little with Christmas preparation etc. So I am now on a mission, Sixty Days from today Sheilagh will be Looking Good, Feeling Fab and Ready Willing and Able to enter her Birthday Month.

There will be no more weight gain.
There will be no more sitting in the doldrums.

There will be more Energy.
There will be more Joy.

Mood = Fabulously Positive.
Food  = Deliciously Healthy.

I firmly believe that weight gained over Christmas is just temporary and I know you will lose it again pretty quickly.

Sixty days of intensive treatment will work wonders - I am certain you will do brilliantly!

That four pounds is not only just a temporary blip, but its a tiny reminder of the fun you had with ALL of your daughters !! Although the weight will be gone again by this time next week, your memories will still be there. So dont give that four pounds too much of a hard time.... it was good, heh !!x Happy new year to you Sheilagh x x x x x

Woo hoo! You're going to do it Sheilagh! I know it. I totally understand the four pound weight gain in one week. Why can I gain that much in one week, but to lose 4 pounds in one week almost impossible? NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!! You'll get that four pounds off and the rest of the weight to goal. We're kicking this thing called overeating for good!

BRAVO!!! I see no problem for you getting those pesky 4# off. You are doing great.

I know very few people who managed to get through Christmas without at least a small gain.
I have absolutely no doubt that you'll have that 4 lbs off in no time :)
Looking forward to the next year because i know you are going to be kicking butt!

Nothing will phase you now - you know where you are heading. I have adjusted my moodmeter and I HOPE that I will be positively positive too. I am certainly going to try my best. Had a good analysis session this morning and understand what went wrong in 2009. One thing lacking- our together time!! love you loads xxxx
