Friday Evening

Another week gone never to be seen again.......

Strangely a weekend ahead with nothing planned??
It has been a long, long time since we had a weekend like this.
Might start sorting clothes for our holiday,
I swore I would not take too many clothes but now
I am beginning to panic as to taking too few.

I now know I will DEFINATELY be seeing two of my favourite bloggers.
to say I am excited it a bit of an understatement. To meet blog friends for real
has got to be amazing and I cannot wait.

I have some questions:

1. What all American experience do you recommend we try?
2. Do Dunkin Donuts still to a Cinnammon Roll?
3. My husband wants to eat at a diner at least once, any recommendations?
4. What shouldn't we miss in Boston?
5. What shouldn't we miss in New York?
6. Any scrapbooking stores you recommend?

There will be more questions over the next three weeks, but if you have any idea's as to what we can do, I would be delighted to hear from you.

Have a Fabulous Weekend

Oh, how I wish I was one of those two! I also wish I had answers for you, but alas, an American I'm not! I personally would not miss a Broadway Show if I was in NYC.

Have you been to the U.S. before?

Oh yes - Broadway! Musicals!
"Wicked" is going to be playing there!
At the Gershwin Theatre.

I am a Dunkin afficianado as I live less than a mile from one and it calls to me across the way..They have a cinnamon bagel twist thing and a cinnamon twist--I never get these things of course. Burger king / cinnabons/ Chickfila have good cinnamon rolls if that is your thing.
New York : Central park is always magical to me and walking around Washington square park and there are usually good family style Italian restaurants near there. There is a Nyc diner called Empire diner they have a website..ultra cool but not a REAL diner. Waffle house or Huddle house are salt of the earth people diners that you will find in the burbs. I would research for some of the old school, classic chrome diners where ever you are going. have fun!!! wear layers. I went to Boston once the first week of Oct it was so cold that I wore sweatpants under blue jeans and froze my tail off.
