Insomnia Is Back,....

I cannot catch my sleep and I feel quite nauseous.

A hot soak in the tub always puts me to sleep.

I get it from time to time too. I just go downstairs and read until I feel sleepy. Also a glass of hot milk and some crackers and peanutbutter seem to help me as well!

There's some kind of natural pill you can take that starts with an "M"...melatonin maybe? something like that...my sister says it works wonders but I'm forgetful and can't remember to buy the dang stuff....I suffer terribly with insomnia, also. If I get 4 hours of sleep a night it's a miracle. Hard to get things done when you feel like a zombie all the time, isn't it??? I sympathize with you, and hope you find an answer soon. :)

Melatonin, yep, that's what I use. You have to remember to take it about an hour to an hour and a half before bedtime, or it will still feel like you can't get to sleep. They recommend 3mg to begin with, but I'm up to 6mg just to get some sleep. My sciatica is acting up, so my insomnia is exascerbated by that. But Melatonin does work, and it's a natural substance made by the body, but not always in sufficient quantities. I'm hoping you find some relief!
