Enough is Enough Sheilagh!!!

You know that three pounds I lost last week?
I found them again this morning!!
I weigh 224 pounds and 54 of them are not welcome here.
You have heard it all before...I am tired all the time, sluggish, bloated, old and decrepit.
So although I do not want to "diet"  I need to change my diet, my attitude, my plan's.
I have weighed and measured myself, oh yuck:(
I have dusted of the Wii, do you know it is 89 days since I last used it?
We now have the Wii and the Xbox Kinect, so between them they may whip me into shape.
As well as the gym membership that Ralph pays for each month that has not been used for 6 months!!
I have go to get back on track.......
Apart from that, we have had a lovely weekend.
Hope you did to:)

thanks for visiting my blog so glad you have started an art journal..remember its all about you and dont be afraid to just splash paint on your pages and have fun being messy. The milliande community is a great art site for women from all over the world and has some great videos to help

We're in this together. I actually got myself to Weight Watchers this morning and got in a good walk afterwards. I was up a pound and need to get rid of it before another one sneaks in to join it.
We can and we will do this. We're going to be svelte for our photos of my visit in 2012! That's my goal.

Hey, just in case my last post isn't on the readers yet, it's called "Strengthening the weary heart".

If it's not up, click on the last post that is, scroll down to the bottom and click on NEWEST OR NEWER (whichever).

You probably already knew that...

You can find that motivation again. Remember you have recovered from a difficult time emotionally, so be kind to yourself. You're going to do it Shelaigh...it's our time! :)

I hear you. I need to lose 60 pounds. But the motivation is just not there. I need to eat better food. Like whole grain toast, instead of donuts. LOL. You go girl!
Love and hugs, Kathleen

Same thing happened to me- not sure if it was the toffee lollies I was sucking on whilst doing my diss. Bought five Saturday afternoon and the last one will go tonight!!!!
I have absolutely no will power. Takes me all my time to do what I am doing without having to think about it. Do get what Buttercup says though it would be great to be slim for New York???? Love you and see you Saturday xxxx
