I Curled up on the Sofa

I curled up on the sofa with Titch yesterday, very lazy I know, but I enjoyed it.
My girlies are due to come and make cards this afternoon, but it is so cold
I am not sure it is a good idea. We will see if it warms up at all, but the
forcast doesn't look promising.

Ralph and I are due to spend the weekend in Caernarvon North Wales, meeting up with Trish and Phil on Sunday.  I just hope there is no more snow to stop us getting together. We will be having a birthday meal for Ralph, it is his birthday on Wednesday. I am really looking forward to getting together with them both.Oh well, I best go get ready for work and face defrosting my little car. Have a good Friday.

Nothing like a good snuggle on the couch. That would have been my choice. I may end up doing that today because the weather looks bad out there and after skidding down the hill on Wednesday not sure I want to repeat the exercise!!

I do hope it clears enough for you to get here safely tomorrow but keep me posted. It is so patchy on the island and Caernarfon way so make sure you look at the full picture before you decide.

Best to be safe than get stranded.

Love you loads and hoping to see you Sunday - everything crossed............xxx

Thank you for your kind words on my blog. I appreciate it sooooooo much. Gee, I wish I was going to Wales with you. My grandfather was born there, and someday I would love to see it. Hope the birthday celebration is a blast. I love the new look for your blog....so festive. I've been thinking of a previous post you did, asking what traditions we have at Christmas. I think I am going to do a post just on that. Would love to hear of some of yours too! Sheilagh you are a dear...I love ya

Hi! I'm just making my way round to blogs now. Thank you so much for your kind comments on my posts--I'm feeling much better. (Uh-hmm. Do understand that that is a relative term and don't stop praying. :) )

I hope your holiday was wonderful! I have ancestors from Wales--but I don't know what part. Names were Mountain (maternal gr-grandfather) and Crompton (Paternal gr-gr grandfather). Those are common names, I'm sure.

Again, I hope this weekend was swell!
