The rain eased off so we went for a walk around the town and had some chips out of the wrapper, delicious. We bought a couple of bits and bobs before heading back to the hotel. We then went for a delicious meal before settling into our room to watch X Factor semi final.
Today we met my Bezzy and Phil for lunch, Ralph's birthday treat from them both. The meal was awesome and Phil was on form, which was good for Trish. I saw spark's of the old Phil, wish we could drag him back from the brain injury the changed both their lives so drastically.
Here or two images that gave me JOY today.
Phil the Fluter with his Father Christmas beard, his grandchildren love it. So do I:)
The snow on the mountains of Snowdonia the mountains were magnificent today.
The drive home was scary it was foggy and that really frightens me, but we got home safe.
Thankfully.

Father Christmas! heehee
Lovely snowy mountain pic!
Love the photo of snow mountain. So glad you had a good time with Phil and Trish. So eager to see Wales and will put it on my list for when I get to England. Not sure when but it's a lovely thoughts. Walked past Lincoln Center tonight and thought of you and Ralph. Will have a photo up tomorrow of the place where we took pictures.
I'm so glad you were able to get together with your friends! Love the beard :)
Sounds like a good birthday weekend for your honey bunny....cool pics, too. :)
Not sure I like my man's beard but if the grandkids love it then what can I say. He really enjoyed yesterday and was quite quiet during the evening- probably thinking about how we used to do so many things like today before his accident.
Yes we will fit some foursomes in but just gently to start with otherwise I might get that puppy dog syndrome again. Love you both loads and want to build a tunnel between my house and yours then we wouldn't have to worry about fog snow ice etc xxxx
Love the hat with WALES on it and the red dragon. The pics of the mountains are just beautiful. Glad to know your had a good time on your week-end.
Love and hugs
Kathleen
